Infection Control
Your health and safety is always a top priority and we have always had very high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We want you to be confident that when you visit us for an appointment, you are coming in to a safe and clean environment, so that you can enjoy the time you spend with us and we can continue to provide you with high quality care.
Our clinical staff wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when they treat you (relevant to the treatment that they are administering) and following strict hygiene, cleaning, hand washing and infection control procedures. These protocols are in place to ensure that we provide you with safe treatment, and they enable us to keep our business open and functioning to provide Podiatry care to all of our patients effectively and efficiently.
We kindly ask that if, on the day of your appointment, you have any cough, cold or flu symptoms, or feel unwell, that you cancel your appointment and re-arrange it for another day. This reduces the risk of passing infection to other patients and our staff members. You will not be charged for cancelling your appointment due to illness on the day.
