Request an appointment
To make an appointment with us, please call us on 0115 9399679 and speak to one of our friendly receptionists.
- If you make an appointment with us and subsequently are unable to attend for any reason, we kindly request that you cancel the appointment, giving us at least 24 hours notice (24hr answerphone is available) otherwise the FULL TREATMENT FEE IS PAYABLE. If we are advised of cancellations in advance, we can then offer the appointment to someone else. We understand at the moment that with the current covid 19 pandemic, you may become unwell or need to cancel your appointment at shorter notice – if this is the case, please ring us IMMEDIATELY to cancel your appointment – you will not be charged for this.
- In order to keep our treatment fees fair for all of our patients, the FULL APPOINTMENT FEE IS PAYABLE if you fail to attend for your appointment. You will not be able to book any further appointments for any treatments until this fee is paid. Any deposits that have been paid will be lost.
- All new patients are required to pay for their first appointment in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made in person or over the phone.
- All Saturday appointments must be paid for at the time of booking.
Important information regarding your appointment
When you attend for your first appointment, you will need to complete a medical questionnaire and data consent form – please bring details of any prescribed or over the counter medication that you are taking.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you are pregnant.
We kindly request that you do not use your mobile phone during your treatment.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment – arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time.
We work on an appointment only basis. Please check for last minute availability. We also run a cancellation list during busy periods, so if you leave us your contact details, we will contact you if a suitable appointment becomes available.
Patients who leave longer than 12 months between their appointments will require a re-assessment appointment. This is because we need to re-assess your feet and foot problems, review your general health, update medication etc along with providing treatment and because we need to allow extra time for doing this, there is an increase in the appointment fee also.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase from us and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you bring your gift voucher(s) with you if you are using it/them to pay for a treatment. If you forget to bring them, you will have to pay for the treatment.
