I phoned FEET (etc) with regards to my mum and arranging a home visit.The lady on the phone was very pleasant and informed me that they don’t do home visits. She could have                         left it there, but no, she took time out of her busy day to phone a few contacts to see if they did home visits, with no avail. She phoned me a few hours later to let me know her      progress and offer me further information where to look. If that is the level of customer service they offer to non-customers, then all I can say is the level they offer to their customers must be unbelievable.Thank you,
